Ingredients: 1.5 oz Vodka; 1.5 oz Rhubarb Shrub; 3 oz Lemonade; 2 oz Soda Water

Rhubarb Vodka Lemonade

Yield: 1 cocktail

Rhubarb shrub and lemonade make a refreshing adult cocktail for spring. This can easily be made into a mocktail by omitting the vodka.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Rhubarb Shrub
3 oz Lemonade
2 oz Soda Water

Instructions

Combine in a Collins or 8 oz Rocks Glass and pour over ice.
Garnish with a lemon wedge or peel or a sprig of mint
