Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces Rhubarb Shrub; 1 ounce Aperol; 1 ounce simple syrup; 4 oz Soda Water

Rhubarb Spritz

Yield: 1 cocktail

Rhubarb shrub creates a more complex and less sweet Aperol Spritz.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Rhubarb Shrub
1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce simple syrup
4 oz Soda Water

Instructions

1. Add Rhubarb shrub, Aperol, and simple syrup into a wine goblet. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge or lemon peel
