Rhubarb Recipes
Who in Minnesota doesn’t have access to a rhubarb plant? If you don’t have one yourself, you can almost certainly find a friend or family member to share with or pick some up at your local farmers’ market. The bitterness of rhubarb requires quite a bit of sugar to balance out the flavors, but the result is wonderful in so many recipes: drinks, salads, desserts, and more.
Rhubarb season doesn’t last long, so get your hands on some of these lovely stalks and try one of the tasty rhubarb recipes below. You can also wash, chop and freeze any leftovers for use throughout the rest of the year.
