Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
When you are finished with the Thanksgiving feast and you are left with Pies. Consider making the Leftover slices into pumpkin pie Milkshakes. It’s a super tasty way to repurpose your leftovers. The creamy, earthy pie filling blends beautifully with the vanilla ice cream, and the crust gives the crunch. Feel free to stir in crushed ginger snaps for added texture or garnish. Also – an ounce of Dark Rum or Bourbon makes a grown-up boozy shake.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

The best way to use up any leftover Pumpkin Pie or reason enough to bake a pie
Ingredients
Milk Shake
- 1 slice of pumpkin pie (see recipe below in the notes)
- 1 cup of vanilla bean ice cream
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
Garnish
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Caramel (see recipe below)
- Whipped cream
- Chopped toasted pecans
