During Peach season Grilled pork chop with peaches is an easy excellent Summer dinner.

Yield: Serves 2

This is a perfect late Summer dinner


  • 2 thick cut pork chops

Meat Marinade

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp of honey
  • 1 Tbsp of Hoisin
  • 1 Tbs of fresh Rosemary leaves
  • ½ tsp of kosher salt
  • ½ tsp of freshly ground pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped

Peach Marinade

  • 2 peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 1 Tbsp of honey
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper


  1. Place the chops in a ziplock bag or shallow bowl
  2. Mix up the marinade ingredients and pour over the chops; refrigerate for at least 2 hours often turning to make sure the marinade is reaching all parts of the meat
  3. 15 minutes before you are to grill, remove chops from the refrigerator
  4. In a bowl, combine the peaches, honey, balsamic, and salt & pepper and toss to coat the peaches
  5. Place the chops on the grill over the hottest part of the fire and cook for 3 minutes per side.
  6. Move the chops to the cooler part of the grill and cook another 4 minutes per side until the chops are more than 145 degrees.
  7. Place the peaches over direct heat for 2 minutes per side and reserve the marinade for serving
  8. Toss the finished peaches with the remaining marinade and serve on top of the finished chops.
