Easy Apple Slaw

Apple Coleslaw on a plate

This easy apple slaw recipe is a classic. You get the creamy and crisp texture of coleslaw with a little extra tart and sweet bite from the green apple. The apples in this coleslaw also make it a perfect pairing for a pork dish.

If I’m entertaining, I love to make a couple protein options—steak, pork loin, ribs, chicken, tofu, halloumi cheese, salmon, or whatever your favorites are—and then serve it with quite a few salads like this easy apple slaw so everyone, regardless of dietary choice or need, has something delicious to eat.
