Boulevardier Cocktail for Minnesota Fall

Employing Knob Creek whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari, the Boulevardier cocktail is a variation on the classic Negroni. The Negroni is loved for its balance of bitter orange, boozy and sweet. The difference in flavor, though, between the gin-based Negroni is crisp and bracing, and the Knob Creek whiskey-based Boulevardier cocktail is decidedly rich and warming.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 parts Knob Creek® Bourbon
• 1 PART sweet vermouth
• 1 PART Campari® Liqueur
• Orange twist

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, combine all the ingredients.
2. Add ice, then stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
