Boulevardier Cocktail for Minnesota Fall

Boulevardier cocktail next to a whisky bottle, cocktail spoon, cocktail shaker and gourds.

Employing Knob Creek whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari, the Boulevardier cocktail is a variation on the classic Negroni. The Negroni is loved for its balance of bitter orange, boozy and sweet. The difference in flavor, though, between the gin-based Negroni is crisp and bracing, and the Knob Creek whiskey-based Boulevardier cocktail is decidedly rich and warming.

The Boulevardier is the drink you want to reach for on a chilly fall or winter evening – perfect for our coming Minnesota seasons.
