Blueberry Basil Margarita with Hornitos Tequila
If you follow my recipes, by now y0u have deduced that I love a great margarita. In recent months I have done a best restaurant margaritas recap on The Jason Show. I have published recipes for my mother-in-law’s classic margarita recipe, and one for my watermelon margarita. I perfected the watermelon margarita recipe on my spring break vacation in Palm Springs. As we head into July, I amp up the margarita situation with fresh blueberries that are all over our property in Ely, Minnesota to create this blueberry basil margarita. Whether you are using fresh-picked, store-bought, or the tasty little frozen Maine blueberries when muddled with Basil and mixed with lime and Hornitos Tequila you have a winner on your hands.
