Apricot Mustard Glazed Brunch Sausages

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup apricot jam
  • ¼ cup Major Gray’s Chutney
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 28 breakfast sausage links

Instructions

  1. Mix jam, chutney, and honey over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add mustard and whisk until beginning to simmer about 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. (At this point you can refrigerate and add to cooked sausages when ready to serve.)
  5. Brown sausages in a skillet or on a flat top griddle until browned – about 10 minutes
  6. Top with warm glaze on your favorite platter or serving dish or put into a crockpot on low for a brunch buffet.
