I cheated and went to the Fairgrounds today for a Nordic Waffle Preview event and I got to taste the Al Pastor and Pebbles and Bam Bam new Waffles for 2019. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t thinking the Al Pastor sounded that good but it was fantastic. It was a crispy waffle with delicious marinated pork, cilantro, and pineapple. I want to get another one tomorrow!
