Molasses and Coffee Pork Chop Marinade Recipe

Molasses and Coffee Pork Chop Marinade

Molasses is something that I feel like is in everyone’s cupboards for years. You likely bought it for a ginger cookie recipe, but short of that, it sits unused. This molasses and coffee pork chop marinade recipe adapted from Sir Alton Brown of the Food Network is worth buying the molasses for even if you are not going to make the ginger cookies. I love the way this makes the pork chop taste, but I also love the way it makes it look all juicy and caramel-colored. It’s a keeper.
