Usually, when Easter rolls around I am talking about Lamb dishes and Coconut Cakes. Peeps dioramas, new peep flavors and cooking eggs in the Instant Pot have all been sidelined with mask making, do it yourself hand sanitizer recipes and the Coronavirus has put a crimp in the family plans. I will be spending Easter with one versus the usual group of 8-10 that I cook for. To be honest the idea of cooking my whole usual Easter menu seems a little sad so this year I am going to order take out and help support one of our local restaurants and their families. Here is my take out Easter Picks.
Baldamar is Randy Stanley’s latest restaurant in the Rosedale Center parking lot. What I love about this spot is the food is fantastic and the menu is priced per person.
