Whole30 day 8.
I have cooked so much I am into eating it down now. Left over roasted potatoes, green beans and @applegate pork sausage and 2 egg scramble. Lunch was chicken skewers and Greek salad @thenaughtygreek with no cheese which made me sad as it’s a delicious sheep’s milk feta they use that’s incredible. Dinner I made a big salad with olives, hearts of palm, red onion, green pepper and grilled chicken breast marinated in @thesaladgirl Citrus Splash #whole30 compliant dredsing. I used about 6 tablespoons @projectvibrancymeals green salsa Verde with 2 tablespoons mayo and a bit of water for a perfect #greengoddessdressing . Grabbed a handful of cashews and had to get out of the kitchen as the rye @triscuits_ in the cupboard were calling my name (they are so good) I was very excited reading cooking magazines tonight. Thinking of all the food on the other side! Quick moment of gratitude to @lauragoodrich . I saw you at the gym today and you left because the bikes were full. I chased after you because the one bike left in the gym after all was right in front of me. Thanks for saying I looked good. I believe in telling women that when you notice but some people feel uncomfortable calling attention to someone’s shape etc. I really appreciated that someone noticed and it pushed me harder on the bike today. The reminder is speak the truth and from the heart if you aren’t a creeper and you know the person. Please don’t grab anyone by the pussy. Hard to believe those are our presidents words. Gross.
