Whole 30 day 6. Giant pot of chicken soup today (added buckwheat @dumplingandstrand noodles for Kurt) I cooked the whole chicken in the pot. I took the meat off the carcass added some chicken necks and veggies and made stock. Then I sauteed up all the veggies from my crisper drawer – tossed everything back in the pot for 10 more minutes and it was done. The rest of the day was pretty boring – eating vegetables, scored a few dates, cashews and some dried cherries. I will need to get a few new recipes going this week to stay inspired! I feel a little sluggish and have a bit of a headache tonight. I will pound water before bed. My friend @freshtartsteph has a meal plan business (@projectvibrancymeals) and she gave me a sneak peak of some recipes so I will work that into my plan next week. #whole30 #stephaniesdish #weeklydish #chickensoup #instantpot
