Some clever dishes on the omikase menu at the new private dining area of Masu in Northeast Minneapolis. Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means “I’ll leave it to you.” The chef will generally present a series of plates, beginning with the lightest fare and proceeding to heaviest, richest dish.
