My easiest recipe. .
Cut tomatoes in half. You can use cherry or the other tomatoes that are larger. Toss with a glug of olive oil and chopped garlic. Broil for 12-15 minutes until brown in spots and broken down. Serve with spaghetti noodles or on cooked spinach, zoodles, spaghetti squash or rice. Season with salt, pepper and add chopped basil, parsley or Oregano if you have it on hand. This is a delicious quick easy side dish! Blend it up for soup or add cream and grilled bread. #stephaniesdish #weeklydish #tomatos
